We utilize two high-tech adjusting instruments, to enhance patient care by reducing the amount of force that needs to be applied to achieve correction, thus making care more comfortable & ultimately more effective!

This instrument adjusting is cutting-edge...as only a few offices in the entire Bay Area are utilizing this technology. Once, we were adjusted this way, we knew we had to incorporate them into our practice. The response from our practice members has been extremely positive.

Arthrostim

The Arthrostim, allows us to gently and precisely realign the spinal bones in the back into their proper position. Most patients experience a light tapping sensation as their body is re-aligned. Delivering up to 12-14 incremental thrusts per second, we're able to stimulate the nervous system with positive forces the body can use to heal. Backed by years of research on joint physiology and neurology, these adjustments are safe, gentle and very effective.

Scientifically speaking, it creates extensive neurological input to the brain. The thrusts stimulate 'neural receptors', producing nerve impulses which relay crucial information to the brain. The brain then uses this neurological feedback to issue self correcting commands to the muscular and other systems to bring about healing, posture changes and range of motion improvements. The second instrument, the VibraCussor, delivers thousands of percussive impulses per minute creating healing waves of healing energy that penetrate deep into muscles, ligaments, tendons & joints, with minimal discomfort. This is perfect for chronic or acute muscle, ligament and joint problems. These impulses heighten neurological awareness in specific areas of the body and stimulate healing.

It is phenomenal for releasing restricted joints, like the shoulder, hip, or knee. This therapy improves the flexibility of shortened muscles, ligaments, increases range of motion and improves postural distortions.

The VibraCussor is used by many professional sports teams to enhance rehabilitation, to reduce muscle and joint pain. It is also incorporated prior to high level sports competition to enhance proper muscle tone.
